Just been looking at info about the vulcan and it says its powered by 4x Rolls Royce Olympus engine am I right thats the same engines as Concorde?

Basicly yes, but without the reheat. 558 uses 201 series which is slightly less rated that the 301 engined vulcans than flew Black Buck.
