Being somewhat cream crackered I'd had a lie in. I turned on the telly and when the news eventually came on an hour or so later, and said about the snow I opened the curtains!
It'd mostly melted by then!

Re: Anyone had any snow today??
Glad to see Blighty is getting some of what we have had to suffer lately! Just to rub it in, here in the 'Land's End' of Canada the temps are currently 55°F (13°C) and are expected to reach a high of 61°F (16°C). It is forecast to get warmer through the week so it looks like it's time to break out the shorts (we were shovelling snow just a week ago too!)
As Dave said, we will probably be complaining about the heat by this time next week...lol...although I am much further south than him (we're level with ROME in Italy believe it or not!) and we get much hotter and a lot more humid due to the water in the Great Lakes.

Still some around here but mostly gone as the sun has been out now for.. 6.5hrs (noted.. 6.5hrs of sun!!) When it melted off the car, it dragged the dirt off too.. one nice clean motor now

We had about 25-30mm this morning but it's gone now apart from a thin covering on the top of the Pentland hills which is the view I get from my window. In fact it's just started to rain. EricT
Now at the age where I know I like girls but can't remember why!
Re: Anyone had any snow today??
Guess what!! It has started here, not a lot though and a bit too wet on the ground for it to settle, not complaining as finishing at 3am so want a nice clear road to get home!!

Hi DaveB
You can see here why you had a lot and then it moved over London.
The fall TM told me about was the same shower as the Reading/London one by the looks of things
Most of the day it has been stuck over Calais...must have had a bit there

Re: Anyone had any snow today??
We had some a tea time and the temp dropped form about 5 to just over one and the stuff then froze on the surfaces
Still laying now but the temp is up to 4.5 again so by the time folks start moving it should have melted
Edit......since I started this it is snowing heavily again and the temp dropping
Still not much on the ground
Yet
