...one of these is the new Orion capsule for the new Nasa moon programme, one is a nearly 40 year old Apollo capsule... care to hazard a guess which is which?

The more things change, the more they stay the same. If any of you ever find yourselves in Houston Texas be sure to visit NASA's Johnson Space Center. They have a Saturn V rocket on display that is awesome. It just blows my mind that 3 men would have the nerve to strap themselves onto the pointy end of that beast. :o

NASA website says manned missions to the Moon will happen in 2020.

Haven't we already done that?

I agree with Brian, looking at the technology available they were brave men indeed. Well worth a visit if you are in Florida.

It's just the top of the tube..the pointy bit

So how different could it be???? :dunno:

Looking at the detail it looks to be as different as it could be.

Looking at the top of the new one it seems to double as a dustbin.........trash can for you none English speakers.
