Ashes 2009

Post by Vulcan_to_the_Sky! »

After 4 years we have re-gained the Ashes and returned them to England!!!

Congratulations to Flintoff and the boys, was in the pub watching this earlier and the atmosphere was electric!

Did anyone else watch today's test match, it certainly had its moments.

Well, perhaps if they put all the moments together into a two minute video I might ...

Hmm, yes, but we can't blame AH for that one - and I don't mean Aeroplane Heaven.
Younger viewers need to understand that in Scotland we didn't play cricket, we played the bagpipes instead.
So much more practical, don'tcha think?

Great result... not quite as exciting as 2005, but a good performance none the less

Hehehe. I couldn't have put it better myself :welldone:

To my mind, cricket rates alongside watching paint dry for excitement.
