Reminds me of a conversation I had with a taxi driver in Belize (note: fixed rate, one pound sterling buys 3 Belize dollars and visa -versa ;) )

Him: 'It's alright for you Brits, you're three times richer than us....'

Me: 'Excuse me..?'

Him: 'Your pound is worth more, one pound is the same as 3 dollas...'

Silence....

Me: (after a few moments thought..)'But everything in the UK is three times more expensive....'

Him: 'Ahhhh, dat mek sense....'

Me: :wall: :wall:

Derek
'My Auntie Mabel told me I'd make a great soldier, though I don't know how 30 years working in a biscuit factory had qualified her to make that judgement.....' Eddie Nugent
