The report states that MacDonalds are unable to serve customers on horseback.Maybe their staff should be given riding lessons then. EricT

An amusing tale on the face of it. But thinking deeper, consider the arrogance of the customer, you wouldn't take a dog into McD so where is the justification for her actions. Then there is the H&S issue with manure on the floor. McD should sue her for loss of trade whilst the crap is cleaned up. I used to hate dealing with smug self important people like her and have treat her complaint with equality when every fibre of my being was wanting tell her pi#@ O%f.
