A dreamy mastication goes wrong

Post by Airspeed »

I was lazily masticating in bed as usual this morning.
I'd slurped up a bit of lovely cool creamy white stuff, and had a deliciously soft piece of melon on my tongue.
Unexpectedly, my toes curled, legs went stiff, and I tried to stifle a roar.
One of the blooming cats had jumped on the bed, claws straight through the sheet and into my shins.
Nearly spilt the rest of my cereal with fruit and yoghurt.

Sorry, I'm boring you :hide:

My 2 little furry black terrors were in mischievous mood yesterday afternoon. As I sat in front of my PC out of the corner of my eye, I saw a black shape hurtling by above head height and something else disappear into the corner of the room at high speed. As I looked round, not a creature moved but the light shade was swinging slowly. Nothing was found in the corner of the room, but 2 small faces peered around the door frame looking like butter wouldn't melt.
