If God had meant us to fly, he would have given us tickets.

Excellent stuff, thanks Paul. If they can't fly, then seeing them move, and hearing them, is very much the next best thing.

Hello all,

It was a good weekend for VC10s with 150 running at Dunsfold and 241 going for it at Brunty! 150 is in great condition, and I got to run her on 2 occasions this year prior to the show. 241 is also in great condition and has been running at Brunty for 2.5 years now and has a great future. I had the pleasure of driving her again and look forward to doing so for a few years yet...

If you have not been to a cold war jets day do try it out next year... they are great fun and you get very intimate with the jets and the noise!

Tonks :)
It's NOT real!!!!!

It was down to Tonks taking the time to come all the way down to Dunsfold on two occasions that enabled us prove to the show organisers that a VC10 run could be done during the show.

Thanks again Tonks, the '150 team are very grateful  .

BTW - that's me in the FE position :) . h
