Comet 4C XA-NAR - Seattle

Post by VC10 »

I've just come back from a business trip to Boeing in Seattle (which included a visit to the 787,777 & 747-8 production lines - no photography allowed). While I was there I went over to the Museum of Flight Restoration facility and had a look at Comet 4C XA-NAR, the last Comet in the US. She has been at Paine field since 1979

Thanks Dave & Roger. Somehow I don't think when it is finished they will be flying it down to the main museum at Boeing Field like they did with the prototype 727 a few weeks ago.

Hi Mike, I've started a further thread of pictures taken at the Restoration Centre plus the Boeing 2707 Mock-up thread has more photos
