It is said , I believe, to be a fake , and when you watch it IIRC the entry into the aircraft looks inherently unlikely

I've seen that, can't find anything to suggest it is fake, but the major concern I'd have there would be misjudging it and going through the prop. That would almost certainly be fatal for all involved :S

This said, not sure why I am using the first person singular in that sentence. You wouldn't catch me doing anything of the sort! I gave up downhill skiing after two attempts and even cross country skiing after not too many more!
