Midnight and that wonderful sound of our church bells ringing! Do other countries 'ring in' the New Year?

We have real bell ringers here - no electronic recordings.

Wishing all a Happy, safe and reasonably Prosperous New Year!

I did, on the day but I didn't linger due to a humungous cold.

Did post a 'Thank You' reply yesterday.

We use the site on a regular basis to contact our world - wide (USA, Australia, Europe) family and friends.

Graham, that was lovely!
The first notes struck me as meaningful before I picked up what the melody was. A real treat, and I hope that you and yours enjoy 2019.
