Re: Two more sleeps!
No, Sir!
I selected styles of airport signs from a Jeppeson publication, modified to suit.
The "No Entry" just shows there's nowhere else to go forward from that page.

Looks like you had a good day Mike. Weather looks good, can’t tell how hot it was from photos though.
Good selection of aircraft.
I like the website and navigation buttons. I’ve been scanning my photos recently and am considering creating a site. Is it difficult and what would be a good one to start with.
Glad you’ve sorted the PC.
Regards
John

Thanks John
Please have another look at the "Heavies" gallery, which is now 16 million, 1000 x 750, much better than the previous settings. I'm reworking the lot.
I put the site together using "WebPlus8", by Serif. I think their latest offering is "Affinity" but you can still buy the outdated "WebPlus11" IIRC.
I paid for a one off purchase, and got some updates until they did a major overhaul; at that point, I decided to stick with what I had (v8).
I really can't say whether others are better, so I suggest that you do an on-line review of what's out there at present. Mine's years old.
They make it quite simple to put things together. I don't use half the available features, like selling tools eg. It's WYSIWYG, no complex coding to do, but learning to put in animated buttons (as in the Museum section) took me a couple of hours to master, getting the images to line up so they don't jump up, down, or sideways when going from one state to the next. You need to test page dimensions before going too far, otherwise you risk readers having to slide screens about to see the whole page. Re-sizing everything after putting in time can be painful, especially when things become too small to read, so you have to spread over extra pages. More than happy to answer any questions whatever. I chose to make a website after trying blogware and finding that the free stuff didn't give me the creative latitude that I wanted. (Maybe if I was smarter I could have worked out how to make a blog look good.)
BTW, my earlier photos were all either phone camera or similar, but my new camera delivers HUGE files, and I freaked out trying to reduce the Mbs. No such problem with the cheaper ones.

Re: Two more sleeps!
Thanks Joe,
New camera, only a couple of days practice before the show.
Also tried new (to me) Op Shop tripod. Unfortunately panning was gritty and made it hard to track smoothly.
Will have to see if I can fix that. Only used tripod on some of the video, not the stills.
Would probably not take any tripod again; hassle to carry all day. Would be OK if camped along the runway, but I like to skip around the Show.

Re: Two more sleeps!
Mike, Have you a monopod?
I use one with a swivel ball mount threaded onto the quick release plate.
No handles just a clamp lever.
I loosen the clamp slightly which allows me to move the camera around enough while the monopod keeps the camera image sensor horizontal and steady... for the most part.
Plus i don't have to worry about a tripod tripping people.
Simple
I had one of these High-Tech jobs
The problem is the trigger loosens the clamp too much too quickly and the camera... or is it me.. goes all wobbly..
I'm old..
Also the monopod comes in a handy as a walking stick.
Or..
You could annoy yourself (and everyone around you) with one of these.

Re: Two more sleeps!
Ah, yes, the monopod; recommended in the user manual, and I was tempted to remove 2 legs from the offending equipment. Still might try that, less cumbersome and very manoeuverable.
I've uploaded a fourth video now. The Dragonfly was hard to keep in sight, but there's 30-odd seconds of it screaming about.
How does one aim that monstrosity?

No Mike..
The tripod is supposed to have 3 legs.
Buy a monopod.
And get one that, when extended fully , puts the camera above your head.
