Just as a matter of curiosity is this website still working on British Summertime. I put a post on last night and it shows 0003 not 2303. This post is also one hour forward?

Regarding BST this is rather interesting:

On March 27, 2019, the European parliament voted to scrap the twice-yearly custom of changing the clocks. This means clocks will no longer move forward an hour at the end of March and back again in October each year. The century-old practice of daylight saving time would come to an end by 2021.

Now this is going to be confusing.

From April 2021, governments opting to make summer time permanent would adjust their clocks for the last time on the last Sunday of March 2021. For those choosing permanent standard time - also called winter time - the final clock change would be on the last Sunday of October 2021

So, which way will Britain do it? :dunno:

Regards
Nigel.

Time sorted guys and gals. Back in the day the forum didn’t support automatically changing daylight savings time. It does now, so I’ve enabled it.

As for referendums, I’m now convinced a strong monarch or dictatorship is the way to go 😂

Good idea. Then if we don’t get the ‘right’ result we can have another until....
Hang on, something rings a bell here. I wonder why? :wall: EricT

Oh, simply smashing! Now the poor Colonials will be even more confused then they are now, since the date for changing times here is different than the date in the U.K. Time changes, Impeachment, Brexit - its all too much At leat your elections don't start two years prior, like they do here. Note, that was elections with an "L", so no need to see the doctor.
