Identification: Your chance for a special Golden Observer's Badge

I found an example of this on a wartime recognition chart. I don't know what the artist was on at the time, but I certainly did not regognise his Mosquito. :dunno:
Being the kind person that I am, I found another drawing that actually shows the aircraft as it should appear. I won't say which country designed it, though. :-#
If you get this right, you deserve a special issue badge as above.

I'm actually asking for the aircraft identification.

I only said that I'm not telling you which country designed it.

I think Dale got it right and that its a Saunders Roe Lerwick.
