Plane spotting

Post by Airspeed »

Heard a very familiar sound on Wednesday afternoon.
Looked up, and a Tiger Moth emerged from behind a peppermint gum (tree).
Unfortunately, being low-level, it was way out of range by the time I retrieved the camera.

In Nov 1995 I had a flight in a Tiger Moth over part of the rain forest from Cairns airport. Just thought I’d mention it. :) EricT
Now at the age where I know I like girls but can't remember why!

Had an hour in DXT. Out of Compton Abbas couple of years ago. Amanda Harrison was my pilot
Her of UK Aus attempt. Unfortunately DXT came to a sad end. Fab memories of flight though.
