God: What do you mean what kind of light? Light is light innit?
Man: Well depends dunnit. What temperature of light you talking about when you said let there be light?
God: What do you mean what temperature? It's pretty cold up here but I imagine it's a bit warmer down there. Or at least sometimes it is - depends on what mood I'm in.
Man: Well, is it a cool white, a warm white or what?
God: I give up. Sod the light!
And so man spent many, many years in darkness...
