I would be extremely happy to see a VC-10 back in the air. But seriously, one aircraft! What costs are involved? Crew training and spares inventory amongst a host of other considerations. It would probably be much cheaper to commission another A330 Voyager, which has crews that are current and a plentiful supply of spares.
