Bitzer project

AllanL, thanks for the suggestion that we could try partial images! :)
Let's see how this goes then:

btw, Allan, and all others, no need to apologise for looking something up in a book, or on the net. After it was pointed out to me that a single click could produce all images that resemble the picture, I thought it made the challenge about as satisfying as looking up a word on Wiki.

I like this Mike

I was going to PM, but as the answer is already above, it was the speed brakes at 123 and sensors? at 130 that gave it away for me :worried:

it was the lump sticking out from the leading edge of the wing that did it for me. Does anyone know what they were for?

If we get enough right answers Mike do we get all the bits to assemble a full pullover? And can we do swapsees if we get duplicate bits?

The fuel tanks were fitted to the Comet 4 and 4C,but not the 4B (of which I flew on in BEA Airtours scheme when I was about 6). The fuel tanks were so designed that they created lift.

  Sorry, Chris, it seems that I have infected your brain! :$ That very thought went through my mind when I posted the bits last night. If we did that, we should at least finish up with a pretty lady inside the pullover. *-) Have to find a more appealing picture.

Now, where are all the birthday folks?
To keep us ticking along.......
