Yes, I wondered about that, too. A quick search of the internet would seem to suggest it's a small bird that feeds on insects which makes sense as it's a direct descendent of the Gloster Gamecock and Gloster Goldfinch.

It was the little box shaped antenna? That gave it away. And then what looked like some sort of mess below the word “Navy” is actually the exhaust heat shield.
