As a guess it was a toss up between the Yak and the Lavochkin la-7. Only here can I admit that I knew both from FS9 models. :worried:

There was a Lavochkin on the UK air show circuit a while back but I think it went to NZ.

Yes, fine,but I still want to know what Allan was doing behind a theatre in Soho
I was wondering that as well.I expect he was at a stage door waiting for autographs. Then again...... :agree: EricT

Well this is intriguing. I’m thinking something from the 50’s or 60’s, possibly French, but the single piece front part of the canopy I’d throwing me as everything I look at has a separate front panel.... hmmm 🤔
