Cat lovers, do you watch this?

Post by Airspeed »

Hi All,
If you'd like to see the oh-so-real antics of cats in cartoon form, just type Simon's Cat into your search box, and watch the many episodes on you tube.

I've been watching Simon's cat on and off for several years now, if I see an episode pop up in the side bar I will inevitably click on it for an enjoyable few minutes but I am not subscribed to him nor do I get notifications of new episodes.

The creator certainly understands cats (as much as anyone can) and you can tell he has been owned by a few over the years. I have shared my life with eight so far and we currently have three in the house (two ours, one my daughter's, plus a dog and a guinea pig!) and many display traits shown by Simon's cat, uncannily so in many cases!

Another lovely cat site on Youtube is about a beautiful Maine Coon called Nanny who lives in the wilds of ( I think ) Colorado, and who goes on road and air trips with her human . There are quite a few films over the last 3 years or so

here is a link which should bring all of them up

Yes I watch it when I see them. Being a slave to three I know just how he feels. My late wife used to foster cats, that is how we met, and have always had a house full of rescues and rescue dogs. The cats always makew it look as if they are doing you a favour by being rescued unlike the dogs.

You must remember that dogs have owners, whereas cats have staff!

I have just been watching Nanny's latest on facebook and discovered 2 errors in my earlier reference to her

1. She lives in Wyoming or thereabouts, near Yellowstone

2. She may in fact be a Norwegian Forest Cat rather than a Maine Coon
