You know when you're helping clean up.
And you come across a pile of stuff near the back door.
So you call out "What's happening with this stuff at the back door?"
And SWMBO replies "I was going to put that in the fire."
And you think "I can do that."
Then later, you're cooking dinner, and SWMBO comes into the kitchen with "Er, that stuff in the laundry, did you put in in the drier?"

Do you go all cold and wobbly?

Oh dear SWIMBO here was scathing saying - 'typical man - if he helped out more often, he'd know what to do - hope he pays for the replacements.'

Then again - I had to recover a suit from the local charity shop once Wife Mk1 had assumed that it was due replacement but chose the NEW suit not the old knackered one.
