Very droll Jetty

'Tis women joining the FOS I was referring to, not this great forum. Have no objection myself, but even after several attempts, even in this day and age, the powers that govern our organisation have resisted

The link I posted earlier is below, along with another site with a wealth of information.

Grinning largly
Regards to your good lady - now know who keeps you in check
Actually MumHarding really is my mother Filonian

The good lady who keeps me in check is my wife Stace - who wants NOTHING to do with aviation unless it involves transportation to and from
Maui to see her parents - she begrudgingly comes along on trips to Nellis etc because my son Tag inheritied his fathers love of aeroplanes (actually anything that flies - his latest is "Daddy get the aeroplaneboat" which means I have to load the Tigermoth on floats and go fly the sim

Ooooooooops.

Thought - Stace is doing a reasonable job, but Mum Harding would win hands down. :-$

Mistake arose, I suppose, because here in parts of the North guys refer to My Mam, Your Mam, in relation to their spouses.

Is Nellis active? My defective memory points to that location as being where my son, in company with a load of "Rocks" and MSR guys from Kinloss had to be billetted until they could get a flight back home after that terrible 9/11 tragedy. I could be wrong - I often am.

Just like your son, mine inherited his love of all things aviation from me. He actually worked on the Mosquito NF11 restoration at Elvington, which also involved trips all over the UK sourcing parts.

If I ever sire a son, I hope that he will inherit my love of aviation to, or even if we have a girl saying that.

Yes Graham Nellis is VERY active

Tag and I trolled out the approach in feburary so he could see his
"Uncle" Tonks Queen of the Sky flying in and out - there are some poor quality shots of it up in the gallery - Unfortunatly Tonks got off in DEN
but tag was suitable impressed by the big noisy aeroplane - his vocabulary of aeroplanes consists of "queen o the sky" Jaguar, Blackhawk
"daddy plane" (MD80) "Helicopter" "Dornier" and "twotter" not bad for a 2.5 y/o

And dont worry about the mix up - MumHarding has been around aviation a long long time
