To me (and my aviation friends),
737 has always been a 'Pig'
747 a 'Lump'
'Pocket Rocket' has only ever applied to one aircraft- the One-Eleven.
'Fat Albert' - A C5 Galaxy.
A couple of additions
Later MD-80's, with the flattened rear fuselage were 'Screwdrivers'
F104 Starfighter - 'Widow Maker'.

DH Tiger Moth - 'Tiggie'
DH Chipmunk - 'Chippie'
I read someting about the Chippie also being called the 'Flying Sardine' but it was on a Canadian webpage, so I'm sure that's Canadian terminology.
Oh, and one I actually flew:
Cessna 152 - 'Spam Can' (It was in Australia so may have different nickname here.)
