Hi,
For you nautical types, I saw Ark Royal sailing out of Portsmouth yesterday. She looked rather nice but 'twas a bit of a misty day and as my camera platform was cruising at 30kts the pics didn't turn out as good as I'd have hoped.
We saw a large ship looming out of the mist, thought she was a tanker at first but then realised her true identity

On the ramp at Southampton.
Our ride back home to Ipswich
Just dropped us off and lifting off again

There is always something magical about a ship looming out of the mist and sailing past only to fade away again
Thanks for sharing John

I fear not elderly men, even with admin rights !
Remember I've been brought up in the country occupied by tall, drunk, blond bombshells with a bad temper...! What could possibly be worse....
And I'm STILL happy...
