 I'm trying to get some, the only one I've found on the net is the fuselage on the dump at Abingdon.

Yep, found that pic while googling. Found some more of a different Hawk, XX154, in the same scheme, so can base it off that.

XX344 was that the one that got caught in the vortex & crashed at Bedford?
Keith

As for XX154 I have quite a few shots of her at Llanbedr in the later raspberry ripple & even one shot of her in the earlier red/white scheme, If you would like let me know & can e-mail if required.

That's the one Keith. It was a Britannia vortex if I remember correctly.

Not sure about the aircraft vortex, but met the Pilot (Sqd Ldr Bennet IIRC) when I was at Farnboro working on NVG's, he was quite badly injured having ejected almost horizontal as it was rotating. The backseat man did not eject & I believe he only suffered minor if no injuries, but his bonedome was worn through almost to his skull!

Still got plenty of tweaking & tidying up to do, plus I've forgotten to put the fin-flash on the starboard side :$

That looks like 154 Dave, very good!
XX160 (the other Llanbedr Hawk) had the same scheme until it went back to the RAF.
Keith

Forgive me Dave but being supercritical, can you tone down the panel lines please, I know the pictures I have are not up to the latest mega pixel quality, but I have great difficulty seeing any panel lines in those photos.
