Cheers James

I was a little unsure about it before I began. Blues are notoriously difficult to get right and as I sit here looking at my LED monitor, the blue desktop changes colour as I move my head.. bloody tft/led monitors  Anywho.. I don't think it turned out too badly. I quite like it myself which is something  The 'real' ZJ164 is an N2 (short nose) but it doesn't look any worse for having a long one ;)

Chaps..

Should any of you have actually downloaded this paint.. I've found a rare shot showing the winch attached and it was white, not blue as I've painted. I've redone the offending map which can be downloaded HERE

Rename your existing _ext3 map to _ext3_blue.dds should you want to chop and change or alternatively, just let the new one overwrite the old one ;)

Also available in red..

The red scheme was earlier than the blue and probably reflects Bond's 'House Colour' as much as anything ;)

Excellent paints Dave! Really appreciate them!

Had I known I could have helped with photos, from my time on HMS Albion:

Aahhhh... also available in blue

Odd but having looked at the N3 so much over the past few days, I prefer it to the N2 now :poke:

I've tweaked a few of the textures since initial release. The upper blade AE is now white-ish and I've changed some of the rotor gear and housing colours. Cera offer the rotor gear and housing as a paint layer without actually listing what these parts are (and there are many). I initially threw paint at the lot (as you do) but found that most (if not all) are a standard colour and not colour matched to the fuse. Working on a basic Bond paint at the moment but will upload an updated blue ZJ164 today at some point.

EDIT: Done. Just download from the original link. This is the full paint (with blue winch gear as an optional map) so bin the original and use this instead ;)
