Some help needed.

Hi there,

I'm currently painting Rick's HS-748 in Norway's CAA colours.
I've got an issue with the right side cockpit window frame. I have painted the extreme right window frame in red, however there is a red line just above the aforementioned frame that has moved forward of it's position. I have tried quite a few things to get it in the right position, but it just won't budge. It's only the right side with this issue. The left side is ok. If anyone (hopefully Rick) knows a solution for this, I'd appreciate it.

Hi Orbit, :hello:
*-)
I'm no repaint guru, but in one shot, the undercarriage doors are closed whilst the other shows them open.
Is it possible that that part is animated and moves with the u/c doors?

Hi Mike,

Thanks for the response, however it's not the undercarriage doors that are at fault.

I think it might be something with the model itself. I could be wrong.

Thanks anyway.

Ted

Hi Orbit. I know nothing about repainting but following on from Mike’s comments, is there any possibility that the rudder being offset to the right would have any effect? *-) EricT

Hi Tomliner,

I have tried all the moving parts in MCX. Neither the undercarriage doors, nor the Rudder are at fault ( as well as the ailerons, and elevators).

Thanks for your feedback anyhow.
