Looked for an email address on Dave M's site, no luck.
He suggests that you post here. Maybe he'll drop in and see your request?
Failing that, maybe one of his fellow
Gurus, or the
Ministry here can give you contact details, so you may at least get permission to amend his textures.

It looks like there are two versions at flightsim.com. One by UKMIL and one by Andy Nott, take your pick
