Do you want the proper paintkit ?. http://www.cbfsim.org/users/rick/T7Pkit.zip

Nobody has asked for it :-?

Cheers Rick, but I'll soldier on with my version for now. Not that yours don't look flipping brilliant; I just enjoy the challenge of starting from scratch.

BTW, that Rui Christina metal skin is HOT...a very talented man indeed.

Hi Steve

2 things about the model (not your fault but the way i mapped it).

The roundel on the fuselage needs to be slightly lower or smaller
as i mapped the fuselage from the sides & due to the rounded square crossection the roundel is stretching at the top.

Same for the blue stripe under the Anti Dazzle area on the side of the nose.

Looks very good & the points are down to me and not your painting.

Regards
Rick

Duly noted, Rick, I'll downsize the roundel a bit, although I' think I'll leave the blue nose stripe as that was somewhat difficult (happy enough with it for now!!) Cheers for the feedback though.

Thanks also to everyone else who said nice things  Once I make some slight adjustments I'll let you know when it's ready for download.
p.s. can somone advise if the underwing roundels are big enough, I seem to think they may not be. Thanks,

Steve

Hello all,

I've started on a lt. aircraft grey trainer, but am having some trouble with the stripes. Can anyone confirm the exact placement of them, esp. underwing as I can't make them out from reference photos. Also, the top stripe on the engine nacelle is killing me, so that's why it isn't there right now.

Also, does anyone know if it definitely carried underwing serials? Feedback appreciated. Cheers all,

Steve

Steve

Great work :) And as the Serial numbers on the underside were referred
to as "Buzz Numbers" for fairly obvious reasons Id say its a good bet
that they were included.

BTW are we going to get that gorgeous LLanbder T7 Colourscheme???
