Dan,

Do you know what filename that used? Would like a decent Entebbe scenery.

PS, By coincidence I was reading an article about the Air France hijacking there last night (I'm quite interested in the place as I used to spend a lot of time there). When some of the passengers were released the skipper refused to leave until the rest of the passengers were released, the rest of his crew followed suit.

Air France's reaction when he was freed? Suspension from duty

Hi

>Hope you enjoy your time here<
Thanks Gary, I enjoyed this forum for some
years now.

>I've now downloaded a butt full of classic schedules, and all I have to do is compile the all. That should cover the era from 50 to late 80 at will consist of all CalClassicAI, RetroAI and Tim's schedules<

Dan, what is really needed are sheduled early jetliner traffic.
The prop traffic that you can download from calclassic are
from sheduled flightplans coded.
The early Jet AI aren´t.

>I wonder if I can see me and my Dad on the Queen's Building?
I thought of it, but it was to heavy on frames  Thank you Ian

>Btw. Wolfgang, you wouldn't consider doing a similar for EKCH would you<
Why not, but not in the near future.
I have another project in the pipeline that needs much time.
But you can ( If you want ) collect Photos, Diagrams and
all material of the airport in the timeframe and send it to me.
( wollie12atgmx.de )
Then I can take a look if it is possible for me to do Copenhagen.

Greetings Wolfgang

If you check one of Dan's earlier posts
Do a search on Wolfgang Gersch
you'll find a selection of 1960s airports on Avsim.

Got to add some of the RetroAI's as well before snapshots, but it is really worth the work

Glad to see you are enjoying our work at RetroAI. We have two new British packages coming, although neither dovetailing with this excellent scenery exactly - BEA '56 and BOAC '70. BTW, for those of you who have not heard, we had to switch hosts and domains - we're now located at http://www.retroai.org - stop by anytime! We have a fantastic group of people whom I cannot thank enough - painters, flight plan creators, AFCAD designers. Our core group is solid, and we also have a great group of contributors without whom none of what we offer could be possible.

Cheers,
Kristopher Crook,
RetroAI

Can someone post some screenshots of this scenery? I had this kind of thing at the back of my mindwhen I made scenery, but found the idea a bit daunting!

Are you kidding? Your work is supreme!, Just spend the half of my working day to release as much as I could from you servers today so I could prepare my new AI traffic.

As you see I have a base from CalClassic, and some from St. Paddy, now I'm aiming at yours. Think I'll start of with Scandinavian as they're my second favorites (believe it or not, I prefer BOAC, just because they flew VC10...:-)

Wolfgang..

In case you pop in again.. I downloaded and installed the required texture sets but still seem to have a couple of buildings untextured..

Image

I think there's another structure exactly the same at the airport which like this one remains untextured. Can you point me in the right direction please (eg.. which texture set does it come from so I can go and find it)
