'flight sim directory not found' - default path screwed
As the title says. When i try to install or run a program associated with FS the default path is now set to 'my documents/fs9' at a guess this is from installing an add-on there instead of into my real fs9 folder. i've searched the registry for the path quoted but it doesn't come up. Where is this path stored and how can it be changed? i cannot run REPro or install aircraft that insist on going in the right directory. i've had this problem for two weeks and it still hasn't 'gone away'
Hi Hinch
Try:
In Regedit:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Microsoft Games/Flight Simulator/9.0
Check the EXE path shown in the right hand window...edit as necessary, but backup the registry first.
This is a heads-up only, I take no responsibility for your computer saying:

Hi Hinch,
Glad to hear it...
Did I mention the £200 consultancy fees?
