Turbo Scout Amphibian...

Post by petermcleland »

Here is a little kit for RealAir Scout owners who have Glacier Bay version 2 installed. The kit will also install a very "Lite" version of McLeland Field and when you have installed it and started FS9 at the "Turbo Scout Amphibian" Flight, it should start with the Bandit Enterprises hangar doors opening on this scene (actually Bush Bandit will not be there).

If you qualify and wish to download the small kit, it is here:-

James,

It is just for small to medium GA aircraft really...I keep a Traffic version of "Bush Bandit" and a Traffic version of the Prototype Spitfire in there and I park what I'm currently using right in the middle if I wish to go in the hangar...However, I usually park "Little Bandit" outside in front of the office

The TurboScout Amphib is ready for a long flight tomorrow...I'm taking it from here to Emma Field. I will also visit Fritz's pontoon at Cushman...Might even stay over to watch the "Legendary Team" pass through Cushman Field on Wednesday evening and then do a night flight back. The flight is about 1000 nms each way and will be a good test for the Scout and no doubt it will provide some "Kodak Moments"

Well Jonesey,

As I've mentioned to you before, Emma Field is rather special and quite unique in Flight Simulator. I've alway been very fond of flying around there and years ago I set a record for winch launched glider, altitude and distance...Record never broken
