Tried to join. Saw the server but it would'nt let me join, Instead I was faced with an annoying loop where it repeatidly asked for the password and once I typed it in it stated "connecting" only to be shown the original screen where I started. Don't know WTF is going on... :dunno:

I got that too Eddie. Most annoying. In the end, I opened a session and both Rick and Ben were able to join. However.. even in the dark at the default FSX startup, I was seeing a best of 11.4fps. Not quite a total waste of time as I'll know not to bother again in future.. not on this pc anyway.

Tried to get on too and got the never ending loop

Try Skype we use it over at VFRFlyers, clear coms

To stop interlopers, make sure you only use 'user names' known to each other, in your conference.

Hi Guys

I try not to use comms as it ends up as a chatline for all the questions everyone wants to ask me which means i have no time to fly.

sounds selfish but i go on to fly not to take requests etc

Rick

As rick says, if the connection is not in the green it will be very difficult for others to connect.
