Thanks for the HU Trev - I've just made a start at downloading it and at least they're making use of a community peer-to-peer system. Trouble is not many people have downloaded it yet - so I don't think there are many peers to connect to. My download client is telling me I have 822hours left to get Part 1 (of 5). I'll leave it running and see how (if !) it speeds up over the next few days.

Of course if anyone has a download limit .....................

Keep you posted......

Hmm..a 35 gig install..

I'd need a much, much bigger HD for that..

Hi...

Just finished the downloading of the 5 parts, took me about 26 hours.
Now I need a new HDD to install it and a new CPU and video card to run it.
Maybe a new PC, need that too to run FSX.
So I think it will be a while before I can see what kind of product it is.

But... I've got it already burned on 5 DVD's, that's something that no one can take from me...

grtz.

Looks nice, but not at that size. I would only ever fly to Amsterdam anyway so it's not worth it.

If God had of meant us to fly, he would have given us wings! He did, it's called an aeroplane!
