Hi Tony, as soon as it stopped and I think it went on for between 5 - 10 secs, though lost all sense of timing when it occurred, may have gone on longer, I don't know, but just stood up looking at the screens which were all shaking badly and the floor was moving under my feet it was a weird and scary experience.

Hi Folks

Wow.

I also felt this in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, (EGNL),
Including the subsonic vibrations.

I'd initially thought it was exceptionally violent wind gusts,
interacting with my chimney,
or possibly my garage wall collapsing, (expected imminently).
Checked outside and there was only a mild breeze.

I've never felt so frustrated....... died so frequently/spectacularly/or needlessly....... yet had so much fun, in a long time.

Naturally, when something exciting like this happens... I'm out for the count!

The house shows evidence though, all of the pictures are wonky and some ornaments are on the floor. Just hope nobody was injured too seriously.
