Anyone able to help remove a file from Simv?

Post by Chris Sykes »

Hi all,

Spoted a file on Monday hosted on Simv that contains parts of my weapons pack, which the creator wasnt given perrmission to use nor did they ask permission... Ive email the webmaster@ email address with a request to remove the file but the file still resides there last night. Im not happy with the fact Simv arent oblidging with my request, is there anyone with access or personnel connections to simv that are willing to help me get this file removed?

Please PM, post or email me...

Chris

HI Chris

Pete is usually very quick to sort this sort of thing out

He is dead against piracy and usually removes things like this instantly

Perhaps the email got mislaid?

I suggest writing again......I can't see that it would be ignored :)

Thanks Garry,

I think ill send the creator a very nice email tonight quoting my readme, if he had asked i would be pleased to have said no but as hes not asked im now peeved as he has no consideration to ask especially when each of the cfg files for the weapons have my name inside them.

could you possible post the link to the simv forum topic?
