As of 16:15hrs on 23rd February 2009 i was given the news that i have been made redundant from my position at the AVP with immediate effect with 4 weeks notice. :dunno: :dunno:

Im sorry to hear this as well Neil, it seems to be a product of the times we live in - I know of two other
people that frequent the forum who have already been laid off are it is pending :-(

Only you know what the situation is but start reading about the redundancy process and make sure that you have been treated fairly.

Discrimination must not be evident and consultation should have been carried out.
