For some reason I was volunteered to stand in the middle of the runway to make sure the aircraft were all lined up nicely. I have a feeling I may be more expendable than I'd like!
Anyway I edited a few bits together and removed my voice from the soundtrack! It should look better in high quality if your connection supports it.

Nice one Skippy!
This also explains the Sea Vixen. On Tuesday, a relative who lives near Henstridge was on the blower to me asking about a 'plane with twin tails' they saw - I could only surmise the Vixen, but not whay it would be in the area... now I know! ;-)

'Twas indeed the Vixen, unfortunately it went back to Bournemouth on completion so I didn't get any footage of it landing :-(

Nice one Skip
Noticeable by their absence.. no Sea Harriers (which of course we don't have anymore). Pity they didn't last long enough for the '100' :-(

Yeah apparently it would have cost a bit to get the working F/A 2 over from the states!
The plan is to have GR.9s from the Naval Strike Wing at some events, but they weren't available for the rehearsal having gone to sea!

Nice one Skippy :tab: Hope there will be harriers in the flypast but I got a feeling they will be in afganstan still , you have to borrow the QinetiQ harrier
Do you know the date for the Isle Of Sheppy? Might go to Manston if they are landing there
