Sad news indeed! She was a great actress and her Mrs. Slocombe character was fantastic. Wendy Richards also died earlier this year and it makes the reruns we get here of "Are You Being Served" a little more poignant to watch.

She was an extremely funny lady...and I am unanimous in that. ;-) She will definitely be missed. :-( Rest in peace Mrs. Slocombe.
