TBH thee are endangering the lives of those that would have to go rescue them so they should be arrested and locked up.

it didn't surprise me at all. We unfortunately live in a selfish, self centred society who once they get in a vehicle go through a character changing metamorphosis and believe they can do what they like and when they like and bugger the rest of you.
