Lovely picture Mark - can even see your shadow taking the photograph.

I used to try and get out on my bike at every opportunity I could even to the point of saying to the wife I need to go into the yard as I left something in the cab of my truck. :shhh:

Once I had to ride down to London and the temperatures were well down, got as far as the A1M and decided to call into a Little Chef (well, it was that cold I could not afford to be choosy)!! Soon as I sat down with a nice steaming hot cup of coffee the effects of riding in near freeezing conditions began to show....the only way to really describe me is that you have seen the advert on TV for an insurance company and the opera singer comes to the end of his song where the 2 males drinking coffee at the table in the cafe start to shake uncontrollably? 8)

Nigel.
