I'm not sure to be honest Leif - it does seem to have a very shiny finish, and the fabric control surfaces are as shiny too. At least for now anyway - I'm not sure it will stay looking like that
Thanks all - the difference between having this done in Lithuania versus the UK is that its more like a refurbishment than a repaint. As well as the paint, under the hood all the oil and fuel system has been repainted, with new seals, bushes and wiring etc. The top down pic of the engine is the first time I've seen how thats looking too. Of course it helps to know how it looked before
Looks like she has just come off the production Rich, guess you must be almost willing the days away to be flying her again.
The photograph of the engine is just as though it is brand spanking new, hope you have stored plenty of gunk and if you don't want to get yourself mucky using it just ask your backseater!!!!
