HS748 in FSX Acceleration

Like the rest of you, I adore my HS748. I just switched from FSX SP1 to the Acceleration version, and although the 748 still looks great outside and the VC is almost perfect - there is now a translucent (silver appearance) instead of black to the two "eyebrow" panels that are UNDER the outboard edges of the instrument cowling. Has any of you extremely talented guys been able to resolve this issue? My understanding is that alteration of the alpha channel can restore black issues. Would that be true in this case - or should I resign myself to getting used to a couple of mirrors where they shouldn't be? Oh yes, the Andover has the same affliction. Best regards to you all, Bill
