Hi Chris,

The footage showed an overweight young boy, a few years old, addicted to nicotine, smoking and rolling the cigarette around with his fingers whilst a proud father looked on and the neighbours enjoyed the entertainment and a few moments of fame...somewhere in the far east but it doesn't matter where.

Frankly I feel that Eddie's comment that the father needed locking up was polite in the extreme.
