Reminds me of the Bristow Wessex that was placed upside down in the grounds of a Chateaux

They had hired it but not told the owners what they were to do with it...didn't go down too well :lol:

I thought it might well be art, but I didn't like it much. :S

This is possibly just what Ms Banner wanted to achieve.

Hhmmm... The Harrier fills the hall space beautifully. I'd go and see it if I were in London. Art eh? One man's meat and all that.

One thing he has achieved............it's now famous and will be mentioned from time to time long after it's gone :lol:

Few would remember the 120 bricks (as such) but a whole generation remembers the controvesy over them and so the bricks are imortal for that reason, even to the point of becoming symbolic of modern 'art'

I find many aircraft, like Concorde, aesthetically pleasing but I don't think they belong in an art museum. Just my 2 cents.
