Whose the daddy?!

Post by VEGAS »

Hi guys

Had the best news of my life yesterday. My wife is pregnant! :excited:

Still not really sunk in yet. Not sure it will for a few weeks.

Bloody terrible timing though. We were due to go to New York next February for her birthday. I had booked it as a surprise trip.

Not sure that's gonna happen now as she will be over seven months gone when we are due to fly. :(

Guess we will see what the Doc says nearer the time.

Not too bothered either way as I'm over the moon with the news.

Many congrats Eddie ;) I'm sure the good lady won't mind you going to NY on your own mate. Wives are very understanding like that

Great news, presumably a rhetorical question, or is everything sub-contracted to Polish plumbers these days - us auld ph*rts are so out of touch with the modern ways.

The answer to the travel problem is obvious, just advertise for a nubile Swedish au-pair with the same name as your wife and take her along instead. Simples. :worried:

Eddie - congratulations to you and your wife! It will change your life in ways you can't even imagine right now. As others have advised - get plenty of sleep while you both can.
