Middle East

Post by Ant1981 »

Which countries/airports of the Middle East would it be safe to tour? I'm currently not far from the Middle East in the FS world, flying in and out of Akrotiri and thought how nice it would be to tour the middle east. Bahrain is of course safe, Israel not so bad, anywhere else safe that wouldn't object to the British Military?
I like this flight simming, it's fun.....

OK
Sadu and Kuwait should be OK

Anywhere except Iran, and Iraq.maybe avoid Beirut??

The easiest way would be to look at where British Airways flies too

Iraq's fine, although you want to do a Khe San style approach to Baghdad although that may just be because the pilots like it...

Heh, in those parts "safe" is where somebody has a cabby with a Kalashnikov, "unsafe" is somebody having a cabby with an SA-18
