Yes. In the words of Mel Brooks.. It's good to be the king (well, nearly anyway)

I'm not so sure about this F/Lt William Wales lark though. I might start calling myself David W Berkshire :shhh:

I thought Tom Petty said that.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PvIz_GXKUss
One of my favorite songs actually , from 3:50 to the end ... lovely melody that part.

In all seriousness...I commend him and I hope he finds whatever he is looking for in life.

A good achievement for the young prince. well done. Im sure he will be a good king one day, hopefully not too soon or all that very expensive RAF training will all be in vain.

Am I the only one who finds it slightly ironic the future heir to the throne is now qualified to fly a Sea King?

Still, good luck to him, next time I see a yellow Sea King buzzing over the RAF training site up in the mountains the back of Fairbourne I'll give it a wave just in case. Actually, there's a good chance he'll be popping over as the RAF training centre in Fairbourne often do training exercises in the hills around here.
