Re: Meigs revisited
I'm not even sure that Meigs is included in FSX.
There is a couple of FSX Meigs scenery addons for download. Not sure how good they are though.

Re: Meigs revisited
I don't think Meigs is in FS.X as it was gone by then

Re: Meigs revisited
I was delighted to be pointed at this rendering of Meigs and enjoyed a quick visit there for old times sake:-

I had to laugh when I saw Little Bandit inverted. There he goes again!

Great shots of the Meigs scenery
According to wikipedia, Meigs is not in FSX.

Re: Meigs revisited
right Auster , it wasn't , If I remember correctly there is a add on scenery file to put it back mate
hence my use of the term "Add on" when I asked if there was a scenery file to put it back in FSX.
...
I did a quick google search and found one at Simviation http://www.simviation.com/fsxscenery7.htm

Re: Meigs revisited
There is now some talk about restoring the real Meigs airfield in place of the park that Daley built for his wife...I read something in the AOPA magazine about a group forming with that aim in mind. I've a feeling that it was started as Daley left officeairboatr wrote:Hi Peter,
